Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Richmond, VA is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare meals using standardized recipes, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and resident enjoyment in a senior living setting.

You will follow dietary modifications, record temperatures, rotate and store food, and support dining service as needed. Adherence to food safety and OSHA guidelines is essential, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range: 15.20 - 19.05
