Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Cook/Line Cook for our senior living dining services in Simi Valley, CA. You will prepare meals according to menus and recipes, maintain safety and quality, and support the dining team in a respectful, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities include following dietary modifications, recording temperatures, rotating stock, and ensuring a clean kitchen. The pay range is $18.50–$23.25 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within

• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
