Overview

The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality‑assurance and food‑safety procedures to satisfy restaurant demand and exceed customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains verbal communication with FOH
  • Monitors the quality of food
  • Marinating and breading chicken
  • Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
  • Following receipts accordingly
  • Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
  • Follow protocol chicken forecast
  • Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
  • Thoroughly clean equipment
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
