Job summary

Villa Lombardis in Holbrook, NY is seeking a motivated line cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves cooking menu items in cooperation with staff, knife handling, and maintaining safety standards while delivering high-quality dishes.

You'll need to take direction from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, work calmly under pressure, stock and set up stations, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure food comes out on time and at peak quality.

Qualifications
