Sagora’s Heritage Tomball community is hiring a Cook to join a friendly, team‑oriented kitchen. You’ll prepare high‑quality meals for residents, maintain sanitation, monitor stock, and help train culinary team members.

Starting pay is $17.44 per hour, full‑time, on-site. ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit are required, with opportunities to grow within Sagora’s Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items and prepare meals for residents.
• Monitor stock and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of all Culinary team members and follow established methods of meal prep.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly, courteous manner.
