Job summary

Sagora Magnolia Court Assisted Living & Memory Care in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a friendly Cook to prepare meals for residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

You will monitor stock, maintain sanitation, and assist with training, following ServSafe standards and resident diet requirements; benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company matching, PTO, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items for residents.
• Monitor stock and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment.
• Follow established meal prep methods and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Assist with training of Culinary team members.
