Job summary

Sagora is seeking a Cook for its Brayden Park community. You will prepare à la carte items, monitor stock, and maintain clean, safe work areas while serving meals to residents with warmth and courtesy.

The role requires ServSafe certification, a food handler’s permit, and strong communication with residents, families, and teammates. We value teamwork and residents-first service in a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items.
• Monitor stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of all Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in friendly and courteous manner.
