Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a dependable Cook to join our dining team and deliver quality meals for residents. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include preparing meals per menus and dietary needs, maintaining safety and sanitation, and coordinating with the dining services team to provide exceptional resident dining experiences. 1 year of healthcare or senior living cooking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality or high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to prepare large-batch meals while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Shifts may include:
  • 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required

Key Responsibilities
