Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a cook in a similar culinary environment, preferably within a senior living community or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create and prepare high-quality meals.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Experience in volume-batch cooking.
  • Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
  • High School diploma or equivalent: A diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
