Karsten Golf Club is seeking passionate kitchen staff to join our culinary team. We focus on exceptional service for Oklahoma State University golf teams and club members, offering breakfast and lunch service and hosting events.

Line cooks will work across stations, prep menus, and ensure proper storage, labeling, and presentation. Must be 18+, able to perform under pressure, and be a team player committed to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of menus & approved recipes.
• Daily preparation of menu items with proper plate presentation.
• Proper storage/labeling of food (FIFO).
• Maintain clean, organized stations and work areas.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
