Shriners Hospitals for Children in Spokane, WA is seeking a dedicated hospital cafeteria cook to prepare, serve, and cater meals for patients, staff, and visitors. You will review menus, prep items for the cafeteria and events, and ensure meals meet allergy and diet orders in consultation with the dietitian.

You will maintain a clean kitchen and work areas, track portions, patient meal counts, temperatures, and food amounts, and assist with inventory and cash register operations.

Competenze

• Requires Washington State Food Workers Permit.
• Includes High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: institutional cooking is preferred.
• Experience: food service background is beneficial.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is desirable.
