The position of cook; with dishwashing responsibilities provides for the preparation and distribution of food to patients, visitors and staff of Shriners Hospitals. **Key Responsibilities:*** Practices Serve Safe Sanitation according to the guidelines of Serve Safe is practiced at all times.* Prepares catering functions and consistently maintains quality by ensuring catering functions are prepared on time and to what the customer has ordered* Prepares patient meals in accordance with specific diets and is prepared at meal time and are ready on time for tray line.* Ensures proper temp of all food served in accordance with state and federal guidelines* Prepare cafeteria meals according to specific menu **Required Qualifications:*** High School Diploma / GED* 2 Years Institutional Cooking.* ServSafe Food Safety Certificate**Preferred Qualifications:*** Hospital cooking experience The pay range for this position is $21.24 - $31.88.Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
