Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub North in Spokane, WA is seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our team. Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of kitchen experience and be available to work weekends.

We operate two local locations and pride ourselves on house-made dough and a fresh salad bar. The role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth within a close-knit staff.

Qualifications

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC) required.
• Two years of kitchen experience in a professional, fast-paced setting preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Stock and set up kitchen stations.
• Ensure food products meet recipe specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to deliver accurate, timely orders.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and maintain sanitation and safety.

Overview

Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub North is currently seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our team! Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of kitchen experience and be available to work weekends.

Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub has two locally owned locations. One is on the north side of Spokane and the other is in Liberty Lake.

Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub features house-made pizza dough and a fresh salad bar. We offer unique and well-loved pizza combinations to share whenever. We think whenever should be always!

Wage

• Pay range for position: $17.13 to $22.00 per hour
• Earn weekly tips

Responsibilities/Duties

• Follow all policies and procedures
• On time and attend all meetings
• Stock and set up kitchen stations
• Ensure that all food products and menu items meet company recipe specifications for preparation, quality and preparation
• Work with front of house staff to ensure that orders are completed according to food & service standards and on time
• Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side workEnsure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followed
• Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issues

Skills/Experience

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC)
• Two (2) years previous cooking experience in a professional and fast paced environment preferred
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances
• Strong work ethic, reliable, aware of the details
• Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
