As a cook at The Skinny Pancake, you'll be a valued and integral part of our team from day one. You'll have comprehensive, paid training while working with a team that values compassion, community stewardship, accessibility, work ethic, and FUN.
We seek full-time cooks at The Skinny Pancake in Burlington International Airport (BTV) who are passionate about local food, working as a team, and contributing to three busy restaurants. Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks can expect to spend time spinning crepes, dishwashing, and doing prep to ensure smooth operations and happy guests.
Cook compensation includes a competitive base wage plus a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff (varies based on business volume and shift). This position has a base rate of $18-$22/hour plus an average RevShare of $5/hour. When we're busier, your pay increases!
