The Brass Tap in Rockwall, TX is seeking kitchen team members who can prep, cook and plate menu items according to recipe procedures, with pride in food quality. You'll contribute to a fun culture and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positions offer flexibility between part-time and full-time shifts, require you to read tickets and prep sheets in English, and to stand, bend and lift up to 60 pounds while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Our kitchen team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating The Brass Tap's menu items according to recipe procedures. They are dedicated to food quality and take pride in every dish they prepare. Positive attitudes and teamwork are a part of The Brass Tap culture.
