Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore County, seeks a kitchen professional responsible for the preparation, display and service of all food items for patients, special functions, and cafeteria service. Maintains high standards of sanitation and safety in the work area.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience with preferred High School / GED and ServSafe Food Handler certification. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $26.00 hourly, based on experience, with benefits including

• Follows standardized recipes on production sheet to produce foods according to established par levels and to minimize food waste and ensures that the food is cooked to the appropriate temperature.
• Reviews portion size and serving utensils with Cafeteria Cooks & Special Function Aide.
• Prepares all baked goods for patient services, cafeteria service, special functions.
• Prepares hot & cold food items for special functions as needed.
