Job summary

LifeBridge Health in Westminster, MD is seeking a Food Service Prep Cook to prepare hot meals for patients, staff and visitors following standardized recipes and dietary requirements.

You will determine daily production based on census and catering events, ensuring meals meet texture and allergy considerations. Preferred 1-3 years of hospital food service experience; High School or GED; ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of food service experience in hospital or similar setting.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred.

Summary: Prepares hot food for patients, staff and visitors following standardized recipes in accordance with departmental standards. Care is taken to take into account individual needs based on age, textural requirements, allergies and additional special considerations as they arise. Will be responsible for determining production needs based on census, catering events and other changes to patient or cafeteria food availability.

Pay Range: $17.00 to $26.00 Based On Experience
