Position Summary:

Provides high-quality meals to residents, guests, and staff, participating in all aspects of food production. May supervise other staff. Reports to the Director of Dining Services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food per menu and recipes, timely and attractively
• Work the food line during meals
• Plate food attractively, prepare condiments and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Ensure proper food storage and rotation
• Minimize food waste
• Attend training and meetings
• Follow company standards and policies
• Maintain safety and professionalism

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or related experience
• Food handling/sanitation licenses as required
