Responsibilities

Cooks are responsible for assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef.

Qualifications

Cooks must maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment and work in compliance with all local and federal safety & health codes.

Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler permit.
