Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that support residents' health and enjoyment while upholding a safe, clean kitchen environment. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor food quality, and accommodate special dietary needs within a team-focused setting.

In this role you will record temperatures, manage stock and storage, and assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed. Potential leadership in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing meals per standardized recipes and menus.
• Ability to maintain kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Ability to follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.

• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations

• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range:

16.70 - 20.95
