Position Details
  • Position: Cook
  • Immediate Supervisor: Manager on Duty (MOD)
Position Summary

This position involves cooking, preparing, and packaging food products according to operational and quality standards.

Job Duties
  1. Cook, prepare, and package food products as per standards.
  2. Operate stations such as dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and food prep as assigned.
  3. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  4. Perform cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, cleaning equipment, and grease disposal.
  5. Maintain regular attendance.
Additional Duties
  1. Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
  2. Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule

Flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Basic restaurant or retail knowledge.
  • Basic math and reading skills.

  • Ability to follow directions.

Work Environment

Standing, bending, reaching, moving, and lifting in a restaurant setting, with exposure to heat, hot liquids, freezer, and varying temperatures.
