Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New City, NY is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare meals for residents according to standardized recipes and menus. You will ensure food quality, taste, and presentation while following dietary modifications and safety guidelines.

You will record production quantities and temperatures, stock and rotate items, and keep a clean kitchen and equipment area. The role supports dining service, with opportunities to lead food production when the Dining Services Coordinator is

• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
