Overview

Cooks’ primary duties include preparing fried products, stocking and assembling sandwiches, baking and dressing biscuits, heating prepared items for the front line, and ensuring overall cleanliness and order in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and other fried products. Turns and pulls product past holding time.
• Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches.
• Bake and dress biscuits.
• Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders.
• Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant.
