As our Cook in the Nutrition Services department, you will support CHI Health’s vision and mission by preparing food for patients, staff, and visitors following safe cooking techniques. This includes preparing food for various therapeutic diets and ensuring compliance with state and federal food safety regulations in a healthcare environment. You will also support quality control measures such as recipe adherence and maintaining food quality consistency. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining records, inventories, surveys, and other controls relevant to all retail outlets. The role requires teamwork to ensure proper storage, equipment operation, and sanitation standards, reporting any unsafe conditions.
