Job summary

Bandana's Bar-B-Q is seeking team members to join our fast-paced kitchen and service staff. You will work with a friendly team to ensure guests receive great hospitality and food that meets our standards. Prioritizing safety, punctuality, and a positive attitude helps us maintain our high standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership potential, and adherence to health regulations. Be prepared to stand for long periods, work around smoke, and lift heavy loads as needed to support daily

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain positive relations with coworkers.
• Strong leadership and ability to gain cooperation of peers.
• Ability to read basic English and communicate with management and back-of-house staff.
• Follows company policies and procedures in handling, preparation, and serving of food items.
• Handles knives and uses food-handling gloves safely.
• Maintains personal hygiene and adheres to health department regulations.

Responsibilities
