Bandana’s Bar-B-Que in Collinsville, IL is seeking a dedicated team member for a back-of-house leadership role. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards while guiding peers to ensure high-quality food prepared to specification.

We value punctuality, clear communication, and a team-first attitude; you’ll wear gloves, follow health regulations, and help maintain appearance and efficiency during shifts in a friendly, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read Basic English and communicate with management and other back-of-house employees.
• Follows Health Department food handling regulations and standards.
• Wears proper uniform and maintains personal hygiene per policy.
