Job summary

Bandana's-Bar--b-- welcomes dedicated team members to join our restaurant in the United States. This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and hospitality in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with emphasis on leadership and guest satisfaction.

You will follow recipes, use knives safely, wear gloves, and maintain personal hygiene and health regulations while supporting back-of-house operations. Reliable attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read Basic English and communicate with management and back-of-house staff.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good relationships with employees.

Responsibilities

• Follows company policies and procedures in handling, preparation, and serving of food items.
• Handles knives safely with a high degree of safety awareness.
• Ability to wear food-handling gloves and cutting gloves.
• Ability to stand in one place for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds onto a cart.
• Communicates with front-of-house staff to coordinate service.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
