Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items using standardized recipes.
• Determine food and supplies needed.
• Coordinate meal production with service hours.
• Monitor temperature, taste, and quality of food items.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food items per recipes.
• Oversee proper food storage procedures.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties.
• Maintain food safety equipment records and temperature records.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention measures.
