Job summary

Oak Leaf Manor South is seeking a part-time Cook to join our team, working 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Chef and ensure timely, quality food preparation.

Applicants should have prior cook experience, a passion for elevating food service, and compassion for elderly residents. Thanksgiving and weekend coverage are expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior Cook experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of scratch cooking a definite plus as we look to elevate the expectations of food service.
• Compassion for elderly and a desire to improve their quality of life is the focus of this food service operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff in the absence of the Chef.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $16.00 Hourly

Oak Leaf Manor South is looking for a part time hardworking, caring Cook to add to our team! Oak Leaf Manor South prides itself in the care and enrichment that we provide to our residents. We specialize in personal care along with Dementia care.

Cooks are the lead for the kitchen in the absence of the Chef. They are responsible for all staff completing their job correctly and in a timely fashion, the closing cleanliness of the kitchen as well as meeting state and local regulations.

Part Time 2nd Shift 11 a.m. - 7pm. No late nights!

The starting pay range for this position is from $16.00 per hour,

Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Responsibilities and Duties
