Golden Corral of Johnson City is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Cook is responsible for maintaining the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products. The role requires attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.

1. Maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving.
2. Cook fried chicken, seafood, and other items in a deep fryer.
3. Ensure freshness and proper product rotation on the buffet.
4. Filter fry oil as needed to ensure quality.
5. Cook other items as needed using a flat grill, stove, oven, and pizza oven.
6. Keep the work area clean and assist the kitchen team as needed.
7. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.
8. Previous restaurant experience as a Cook is preferred but not required.
