• Location: Ballad Health Johnson City Medical Center - 400 North State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, TN 37604. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes customer orders and prepares quick items.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
