The Fainting Goat PA is looking for a skilled and dependable Banquet Cook to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting delicious food for a variety of events, from weekend banquets to weekday funerals and pop-up gatherings. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items tailored to the needs of each event.
• Assist with food preparation during the week to ensure timely execution for upcoming parties.
• Coordinate and manage cooking tasks during events, including timing and food presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with event staff to meet the specific demands of each occasion.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Adapt to last-minute changes in event schedules or menus.

Requirements:
