Job Title: Cook

We are Prospector's Cook House, part of Rockhound Rock Shop, the largest rock shop in the U.S. We are a family-owned and operated business located in downtown Galesburg, right across the street from the rock shop. We also own several other businesses in the area.

The atmosphere in our kitchen is laid back and easygoing. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for being a cook — you know who you are.

As our business grows, we want to expand our hours and are ready to add another crew member. Full-time or part-time positions are available, as long as you have some Saturday availability. Currently, we are open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and closed on Sundays. We plan to open later as we approach summer.
