Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Findlay, OH is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that support residents’ health and enjoyment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen. You will prepare and serve meals per recipes, manage dietary requirements, and ensure food quality and safety.

The position offers a pay range of $15.20–$19.05 per hour along with comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and other employee programs designed to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
