• 11. Oversees proper food handling and utilization of all food to prevent contamination, increase quality, and reduce cost.
• 12. Suggest menu or recipe changes to utilize leftovers and other supplies.
• 13. Cleans all food service equipment, kitchen and food storage areas.
• 14. Coordinates work of dining services aides.
• 15. Efficiently uses time to complete assigned work.
