Complete Care at Whispering Woods in Edison, NJ is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in a nursing and rehabilitation setting. The role emphasizes safe food handling, quality standards, and teamwork within a compassionate environment.

Candidates with a High School Diploma, 3 years of nursing facility cooking experience, and Serve Safe certification are preferred; full-time benefits are offered and PRN opportunities exist for flexibility.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Performs food preparation and cooking while maintaining all quality standards.


• Operates cooking equipment following established procedures and safety precautions


• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Positive and energetic individual with creativity


• Serve Safe Certified Preferred


• Ability to work independently or part of a group.


• 3 years' experience as a cook in a nursing and rehabilitation facility preferred.


• Available to work weekends
