Responsibilities: Cook & prep ingredients and expo & plate dishes according to recipes and portion standards Work a station during service, and keep your station clean and organized throughout and after each shift. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Communicate with the team to keep service moving.

Requirements: Kitchen experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is most important. You'll need basic knife skills and comfort with standard kitchen equipment, an understanding of food safety practices (ServSafe or equivalent is a plus) and an ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast, hot environment.
