Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Dallas, TX is seeking a Cook to prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus, ensuring quality and presentation that meet Sunrise standards. • Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range:
