Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that support residents’ health and enjoyment in a safe, clean kitchen environment. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with dietary needs and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include recording temperatures, stocking and rotating inventory, and assisting with dining service as needed. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range and benefits for eligible staff.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
