Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the quality, quantity, and timeliness of daily meal production, preparing food according to recipes, standards, and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

Essential Functions

1. Prepare food following Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking methods.
2. Maintain food quality and quantity during service using production sheets.
3. Ensure proper line presentation, garnishing, utensil use, and serving temperatures.
4. Communicate effectively with team members about food items daily.
5. Complete production sheets and ensure proper storage and dating of all food items.
6. Follow HACCP guidelines and cleaning schedules, practicing "clean as you go."
7. Communicate supply needs to management and adhere to dress code and hygiene standards.
8. Follow Parkhurst Gold Standards and hospitality principles.
9. Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned.

• Standing and walking 100% of the time.
