Job summary

Regency Coupeville is seeking a cook with weekend availability to prepare and serve meals for residents and oversee foodservice operations. The role requires ensuring adequate food and supplies are available and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen in compliance with sanitation codes.

You will follow the menu cycle, monitor inventory, place orders, and adapt to resident preferences, while maintaining timely service and quality. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Food Handlers card
• Meet all mandatory health requirements by state regulations
• Read, write, speak and understand English

• Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form
• Clean and maintain a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas
• Comply with state sanitation codes
• Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately
