Job summary

Regency Redmond is seeking a dedicated cook to join our food service team at Regency Redmond. You will prepare and serve meals, oversee operation, ensure supplies are available, and support resident nutrition with timely service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers card.
• Must meet mandatory health requirements by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled timeframe.
• Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions on proper form.
• Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including kitchen and food service areas.
• Comply with state sanitation codes.
• Maintain inventory control, place food orders, verify items on receipt, and restock as needed.
• Ensure resident food preferences are known and followed.

You Will

• Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe

• Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately
