Join to Apply for the Cook Role at Crestline Hotels & Resorts

We are seeking a Part-Time Cook at Hyatt Place Keystone, with a starting pay of $15.00/hour. The Cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts for the hotel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Hotel requirements.
  • Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
  • Prepare and cook foods of all types, either regularly or for special guests or functions.
  • Complete opening duties: set up workstation, inspect tools and supplies, check production schedule, establish priorities, and stock supplies.
  • Start prep work for the day's menu items.
  • Inform F&B service staff of 86'd items and available menu specials.
  • Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health regulations and hotel policies.
  • Perform closing duties: return items to storage, clean prep areas, organize storage, and turn off equipment.
  • Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, working well within a team and with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in food preparation and handling.
  • Culinary training or apprenticeship certification is preferred.
