Job Description

Our cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations, as well as company standards. To be successful, you should be quick, diligent, able to follow instructions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of basic food production skills, performing these error-free and meeting quality standards
• Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position
• Experience and/or knowledge of special diets and meal preparation for large groups preferred
• Safe food handling techniques are required
• Ability to read and understand recipes
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexible shift availability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
