Job summary

Management & Training Corporation is hiring a food service attendant at the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT. Pay is $17.74 per hour. Work with a purpose, replenishing items and assisting in dining areas.

Responsibilities include stocking food/beverage items, setting up cafeteria lines, serving meals when needed, and managing inventory. Requires a high school diploma, ServSafe certification or food handler permit, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities: This position will provide services by replenishing essential items in the food services area and dining areas. Will assist with the stocking or food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines and may be responsible for serving meals. Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients and make available for the meal preparation. Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances as required.

Essential Functions

• Assist in washing dishes/utensils, and store in orderly fashion.
• Assist with food preparation and service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean.
• Promote and support positive customer service.

Education And Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of directly related food service experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Valid food handler’s permit required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must possess a current ServSafe Certification or Food Handler Permit, according to state requirements where site is located.
• A valid driver license in the state where the site is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
