Responsibilities

1. Execute all guest food orders, including prep and cooking according to recipes and time standards.
2. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure a positive guest experience.
3. Maintain cleanliness of dishes and work area.
4. Work independently with good time management and decision-making skills.
5. Availability for AM and PM shifts required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Flexible schedule.
• At least one year of kitchen experience, including knife skills and organization.
• Knowledge of safe health and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Illinois ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Basic English communication skills.
