What we are looking for:

• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays, and Tuesdays
• High school diploma preferred
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use all kitchen equipment (knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
• Knowledge of proper knife handling, techniques, cooking procedures, and basic prep functions
• Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined spaces with high noise levels and interruptions, and perform duties within extreme temperatures
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications for sanitation, liquor, or food service
• Previous experience as a cook, chef, prep cook, line cook, or in a related food handling role is helpful

What you will be doing:

• Ensure high quality and presentation of food
• Prep and cook food according to recipes
• Set up, break down, and maintain kitchen equipment and stations
• Perform advance prep and read tickets to produce orders
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Keep the line and prep area organized, stocked, and clean
• Follow management directions and assist in controlling food waste
• Support overall operations through additional tasks as assigned

Pay Estimate: $16.00/hour
