PB&J Restaurants, Inc. through its YaYa's Euro Bistro concept is hiring line cooks in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment in Chesterfield, MO. Opportunities exist for both full-time and part-time roles, focusing on line cook positions across concino, cocinera/chef-driven kitchen stations.

Ideal candidates bring back-of-house cooking experience and a passion for fresh ingredients, with opportunities for growth within a well-established restaurant group.

Mosaic tile floors, stone columns and fabric-covered wall panels are complemented by heavy beamed ceilings, hand-blown chandeliers, and curvy wrought-iron railings. The eclectic menu is inspired by a combination of American, French, Italian and Greek cuisines. Mediterranean Euro bites share the menu with oak-fired pizzas baked in our own brick oven, rich, creative pasta dishes and an array of the freshest seafood dishes and innovative meat entrees.
