Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that bring residents together and maintain Sunrise standards of food quality and safety.

You will follow standardized recipes, monitor temperatures, manage daily production, and support dining services while providing a welcoming dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range: 19.65 - 24.65
