We are looking for a Cook who will be responsible for preparing and cooking all food items to perfection, ensuring orders are expedited swiftly, accurately, and in full accordance with menu specifications and standards.

What we are looking for:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Tuesday availability is also a must.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use all kitchen equipment, i.e., knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.
• Knowledge of proper knife handling, techniques, and cooking procedures and basic prep functions (e.g., cleaning greens, prepping vegetables).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a confined space with high noise levels and interruptions, and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
• Ability to obtain any necessary local, state, or federal licenses or certifications for sanitation, liquor service, or food service.
• Previous experience as a Cook, chef, prep cook, line cook, or in food handling operations helpful.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure high quality and presentation of food production.
• Prep and cook food according to recipes.
• Set up, break down, and maintain knowledge of kitchen equipment and stations.
• Perform necessary prep and read tickets to produce orders.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Keep the line and prep area organized, stocked, and clean.
• Follow directions from management and assist in controlling food waste.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

Pay Estimate: $15.00/hour
